Accepting New Clients!

If you have a good sense of what you’re wanting to change, but you’re not quite sure how to get there, you’re in the right spot. Maybe anxiety has you feeling stuck, maybe your relationship with food or substances has become difficult to manage, or you’ve found yourself avoiding things that matter to you. Maybe you have a complex history that continues to shape how you see yourself and the world. Jeffrey works with teens and adults who are ready to better understand these patterns and create meaningful change.

Jeffrey believes therapy is most effective when it is built on a genuine, collaborative relationship. He creates a space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected while also feeling supported in taking an honest look at the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are keeping them stuck. His approach honors each client’s autonomy, lived experience, and goals while helping them explore new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Jeffrey brings a direct, open, and sometimes humorous style to therapy. He believes that difficult work does not always have to feel heavy, and that healing happens within connection… and within a laugh or two. Whether you’re working through patterns of eating, substance use, anxiety, or other challenges that are getting in the way of the life you want, Jeffrey will meet you where you are and work alongside you toward where you want to go.

If you’re ready to explore what could be different, schedule an initial complimentary consult with Jeffrey today.
