b'well COUNSELING SERVICES
Our philosophy
B'well Counseling Services is a welcoming and open-minded practice at home right outside of Baltimore, Maryland.
You've landed here because you're searching for something: a lost spark of creativity, to been seen and heard, some help navigating a difficult relationship, a safe place to process what's happening in the world, a deeper relationship with your true self, a way to move through hurt and pain.
Some common questions or sentiments we hear include:
-
"So what good will it do to talk about it?"
-
"Why should I just dwell in it?"
-
"It is what it is. I probably can't change it."

Therapy that goes beyond talking
Change is Possible with Counseling
Therapy that leads to change helps us learn to be in our emotions so that we can move through them. Therapy that heals often shifts something inside of us, whether or not the situation changes too.

We believe in helping people rekindle their curiosity and reconnect to their core selves so that they can truly be well. Ready to get started?
Our Therapists' Promise
Wellness and Connection
We value wellness and connection over happiness because we understand that being able to experience the full range of human emotions and experiences is what helps us heal and grow.

We share space with people, not problems, and work from a perspective that considers the systems and both the overt and covert cultural traumas that impact a person.

We are a sexuality and gender affirming practice and we welcome anyone who has ever felt unwelcome because of their identity, orientation, or expression.
