Accepting New Clients!
Andréa’s work is grounded in a simple belief: you are never broken. She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, religious trauma, and life transitions.
You may be highly capable, successful, and accustomed to being the person everyone can count on, yet still feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. You may have spent years masking, performing “okay,” adapting to fit in, or putting others’ needs ahead of your own. Therapy with Andréa is a place where you don’t have to do that.

Andréa is passionate about working with adults who have often felt they don’t quite meet the expectations placed on them, including BIPOC, neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+ people. She understands the exhaustion that comes from masking, feeling misunderstood, or constantly trying to make oneself more acceptable to others. Whether you’re making sense of an ADHD or Autism diagnosis later in life, navigating questions of identity, working through a complicated relationship with faith or religion, or simply tired of performing an acceptable version of yourself, Andréa offers open, compassionate, and affirming care.
Her approach is adaptive and individualized, drawing on multiple therapeutic modalities rather than asking every client to fit a single model. Her work is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-aware, with an emphasis on helping clients better understand themselves, develop greater self-compassion, and make meaningful choices about how they want to live.
For clients seeking to explore spirituality, Andréa can draw on nearly two decades of experience in contemplative spirituality and interfaith pastoral and spiritual care. This approach is always client-led. Faith, religion, and spirituality do not enter therapy unless you want them to.

You and Andréa may be a great fit iF:
-
You’re tired of being the strong one, the person everyone depends on, and are wondering who supports you
-
You look fine on the outside, but privately you wonder why everyday things seem to take so much more out of you than they do out of other people
-
You want a therapist who understands that your identity is part of your life without making it the explanation for everything
-
You suspect you’re neurodivergent or you received an ADHD or Autism diagnosis in adulthood, and you’re re-examining your life through a new lens
-
A seemingly minor criticism can stay with you for days and shake your sense of self
-
You know what needs to happen, but struggle to get started, or start many things and struggle to finish them, and feel ashamed that it seems so difficult
-
Your relationship with faith, religion, or church is complex, and you want someone who can explore it with you without judgment or assumptions
-
You’re tired of putting on your best face and want to understand who you are beneath the roles and expectations you’ve learned to carry
