Dina works with a wide range of clients, including preteens, adolescents, adults, couples, and families—addressing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, eating disorders, and caregiving for aging parents. She also supports clients facing relationship challenges and parenting struggles, offering guidance through the complexities of connection, communication, and family dynamics.​​

Dina's Experience & Background

With over 25 years of experience, Dina is a licensed clinical social worker who brings compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to helping individuals and families thrive. She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Maryland and is a Board-approved clinical supervisor.
As a Certified Reunification Therapist, Dina supports families in navigating complex dynamics and rebuilding connections. She is also trained in the Level 1 Gottman Method, offering research-based tools to help couples strengthen their relationships. Additionally, she is a certified family-based therapist, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders.
Dina practices within the Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating frameworks, helping individuals and families heal their relationships with food and their bodies in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Her approach integrates both individual and family-centered care to support lasting recovery.
She has received advanced clinical training from respected institutions including Johns Hopkins University, the University of Maryland, and Sheppard Pratt Health System. Her article, “The Power of Relationships in Eating Disorder Recovery,” was published in Social Work Today and reflects her belief that connection is a powerful foundation for healing.
