Anxiety & Depression

We recognize, value, and appreciate every feeling on the spectrum, and believe that true healing stems from widening our emotional range and staying connected with our core selves.

Family, Parents, and reunification

Building a healthy relationship with family can be challenging. Major changes, stress, and grief can create conflict that seems impossible to navigate. Families look for different types of guidance in their unique journey.

Art Therapy

Art therapy is an action-oriented, strengths-based therapeutic approach that integrates psychotherapy (talk therapy) with the creative process to help clients express themselves beyond the limits of verbal language.

Dad's Group

This process based group gives dads of young children the opportunity to connect, share their struggles, revel in getting their toddler to put a coat on, and improve their relationships.

Free Client Resources

We share space with people, not problems, and work from a perspective that considers the systems and both the overt and covert cultural traumas that impact a person. Please explore our events and free resources available to prospective and current clients.

Stress & Life Transitions

Change inevitably causes stress. Identifying the types of stress and how they impact daily living gives a sense of control and clarity over the future.

Eating Disorders

Relationships with food, body, and self are often influenced by factors like anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, and cultural expectations. We believe healing begins when you are seen as a whole person free from shame, rigid rules, and the constant pressures of diet culture.

emdr

Sometimes the brain separates the core memory from emotions that occur during trauma, which can cause the sensation of “reliving” the event long after it has passed. EMDR therapy can help rebuild that connection and alleviate symptoms of PTSD and other trauma-related responses.

Teletherapy

The demands of work and family or complications with transportation and accessibility can create barriers in coming into an office. Our clinicians offer in-person, telehealth, and hybrid sessions.

COUPLES & RELATIONSHIPS

Whether you are struggling with sexual intimacy, adjusting through transitions, seeking to strengthen communication and trust your relationships, or grow from cohabitation to true partnership, couples and relationship therapy is an essential first step.

Addiction

Addiction impacts the individual and everyone in their lives. You may be seeking to understand behaviors relating to substances, food, sex, spending, and beyond. Our clinicians use a trauma-informed, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to help you reconnect with your values and goals.

Our Modalities

Therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all" experience. Our therapists offer a variety of modalities to help clients explore their emotions, find what resonates with their journey, and adjust the therapeutic process in a way that best serves them.
