What's a dad to do?
A therapy group for fathers
Picture this... I'm at the playground with my toddler. I'm the only man in sight! I can talk to people, surely. It's what I do for a living! Another man walks up... I'm saved.
This is not your father's fatherhood. The expectations have changed. You probably don't have a great model for what it looks like to be a whole, healthy, father.
Enter, Dad's Group. This process based group gives dads of young children the opportunity to connect, share their struggles, revel in getting their toddler to put a coat on, and improve their relationships.
With so many competing demands, truly, what is a dad to do?!
