Jeffrey works with adults (18+) to address eating disorders and a wide range of mental health concerns. He aims to help clients navigate through complex histories and struggles with life satisfaction, avoidance, or feelings of missing out on life. His practice is rooted in integrating the intersection of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while honoring clients’ unique lived experiences, autonomy, and goals.

Jeffrey values building positive relationships in the therapeutic setting. He aims to use open communication and collaboration to promote positive changes. He is direct and incorporates humor to foster meaningful interactions with clients. He believes that healing happens within connection and strives to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, respected, and challenged in a supportive manner.

Jeffrey earned his Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College. He has experiences working with adolescents and adults in higher levels of care for eating disorders and substance use in individual, group, and family therapy.

 

Jeffrey is an experienced practitioner of Enhanced Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E). He has worked with individuals of diverse gender identities, social identities, and mental health challenges related to trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorders, stress, and life dissatisfaction.
