Accepting New Clients

Many of the individuals who work with Tatiana are navigating the lasting impact of having an emotionally immature, unavailable, or self-centered parent. These early dynamics often left them feeling unseen, dismissed, or as though their emotional needs didn’t matter. As adults, they may struggle with their sense of self and find it difficult to feel secure in romantic relationships—carrying emotional wounds that continue to shape how they connect with others.

Tatiana is deeply energized by helping people untangle complex family dynamics, build healthier boundaries, and begin healing from the inside out. She believes that with insight, self-compassion, and secure connection, individuals can transform the way they relate to themselves and those around them.

In her work, Tatiana encourages curiosity, compassion, and acceptance toward both self and others. She values humor as a powerful force for healing and holds the belief that we don’t heal in isolation, but in connection—with others and with ourselves. Recognizing that no single approach works for everyone, she tailors the therapeutic process to each person’s unique experiences and needs. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions or quick fixes, Tatiana focuses on creating a supportive space to explore what’s really going on and to work toward meaningful, lasting change—at each client’s pace, in their own way.
