Accepting New Clients!

Relationships can be both beautiful and complicated. You might find yourself craving closeness but feeling anxious when it shows up, or keeping people at a distance even when you long to be understood. Maybe you notice yourself taking care of everyone else’s emotions, struggling to speak up for your own needs, or replaying the same patterns that leave you feeling unseen or disconnected. Tatiana helps folks make sense of these moments by exploring what’s underneath and learning new ways of relating that feel more secure and authentic.

Her work focuses on helping folks understand how early attachment experiences and emotional patterns shape the way they show up in platonic and romantic relationships. Through curiosity, compassion, and practical tools, Tatiana supports folks in building awareness, self-trust, and emotional safety within themselves and with others. Together, they work toward developing deeper connections, healthier boundaries, and a stronger sense of self.

Tatiana offers a genuine therapeutic relationship built on honesty, collaboration, and care. She brings gentle challenges when needed, uses humor to bring lightness to the process, and believes that laughter can be just as healing as tears.
