Clinical Supervision with B'well

B'well offers in-person, telehealth, and hybrid clinical supervision to Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPC's) in the state of Maryland, Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW's) in Maryland, and Psychology Associates in Maryland.

WHAT IS SUPERVISION AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Supervision is a collaborative relationship that allows the supervisee to grow in his/her/their skills as a psychotherapist, and perhaps more specifically in their development of a professional identity as a counselor, social worker, or psychologist. Supervision isn't just case review or risk assessment. Depending on your supervisor's style and theoretical approach, it might involve some or all of the following:​

• Case conceptualization

• Didactic training on approaches to treatment

• Review of challenging or successful cases from a theoretical lens 

• Professional identity development work

• Health work skills habit development

• Process work in the supervisory relationship

Private supervision at B'well will help you develop a pathway toward refining the career you want to have.

 Supervision towards licensure requirements at B'well is available to those licensed as LGPC, LMSW, or Psychology Associates in Maryland.

Supervision and consultation is available to all psychotherapy providers in single session or ongoing capacities to all licensed providers of psychotherapy across the United States.

Rates

Supervision rates vary by provider though are generally close to the provider's clinical rates by the hour. We understand that early career providers may not always be in the financial situation to afford full fee supervision services. We have experience working directly with supervisee's employers to collect payment from them, offering reduced fees, and payment plans.

2025 LGPC Rates: $170/hour

2025 LMSW Rates: $170-185/hour

2025 Psychology Associate Rates: $185/hour
