About
Nia empowers her clients through collaboration, exploration and guiding folks back to themselves. As a dancer, she finds trauma-conscious inclusion of the connection to the body to be a powerful tool. Nia earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Towson University and is involved in research about the influence and role of gendered-racial ethnic socialization in Black women's lives.
